Each ETF is based on the MSCI ACWI IMI index which includes large, medium and small sized companies from 31 countries. An initial screener removes companies that do not have a significant volume of business within the ETF’s respective theme.
A second screener removes any company that does not meet MSCI’s sustainability criteria such as involvement within the tobacco, nuclear power or controversial weapons industries.
