Rothschild & Co Asset Management has launched a three-strong fund range focusing on ETFs.

The funds come in three-risk levels, comprising the R-co Selection ETF Moderate, the R-co Selection ETF Balanced and the R-co Selection ETF Dynamic, with management fees of 0.8%, 0.9% and 1%, respectively.

The funds are benchmarked against MSCI indices and will invest in equity, bond and money market ETFs, with weightings dependant on the “evolution of markets”.

The fund range will be managed by Rothschild & Co AM’s portfolio managers Marc Terras and Mathieu Six and will be French domiciled.

Investors continue to pivot towards ETFs as they take advantage of the wrapper’s flexibility and transparency benefits.

Rothschild & Co AM did not respond to a request to comment.

Earlier this year, with UK-based asset manager Omnis Investments launching four portfolios with a 30% allocation to ETFs.

According to Brown Brothers Harriman’s 2024 Global ETF survey, 74% of European investors plan to increase their use of ETFs over the next 12 months.

The lower cost structure of ETFs is particularly appealing to investors, heightened by aggressive fee cuts over the past six months.
