Aeropostale is an American clothing retailer that has historically targeted teenagers. The company has been in and out of class actions since 2011.
This is the second class action suit that the SPDR® S&P Retail ETF has been affected by the past 12 months, the other being the class action against Hot Topic in September 2016.
