WisdomTree is closing three fixed income ETFs amid low demand from investors.
In a shareholder notice, the asset manager said it would be closing two government bond ETFs and a European aggregate ETF as it looks to focus on products that have “enjoyed more traction”.
The three impacted ETFs are:
€6.6m WisdomTree EUR Aggregate Bond ESG Enhanced Yield UCITS ETF
€2.6m WisdomTree EUR Government Bond ESG Enhanced Yield UCITS ETF
€1m WisdomTree European Union Bond UCITS ETF
The spokesperson added: "WisdomTree continuously reviews its product set to ensure that it provides compelling and differentiated investment opportunities for investors.
“As a result of a comprehensive review, WisdomTree has decided to close these products to better serve the products which provide the exposures investors want and to keep focusing on innovation.”
The group added it will continue to offer one of the most comprehensive ETF and ETP ranges in Europe following the closures.
The ETFs will stop trading on 24 August, with closure expected on 14 September.
