Borsa Italiana  was born from the privatization of the stock exchange markets and since 1998 has been involved in the organization, management and functioning of the financial markets. Since 29 April 2021 it is part of the Euronext Group. The main purpose of Borsa Italiana is the continuous growth of the market, combined with a constant improvement in efficiency, adaptability to change, and transparency.
