The iBoxx EUR Germany 0-1 Index reflects certain types of tradable debt (bonds) denominated in Euro issued by Germany that have a remaining time to maturity of less than one year. Certain selection criteria may also be considered such as minimum issue size and bond type. Each bond in the index is weighted according to the amount outstanding and the intra-month changes on these amounts are reflected in the index during the rebalancing at the beginning of each new month. The index is calculated on a total return basis, which means that amounts equivalent to interest payments are reinvested in the index. The index is administered by IHS Markit Benchmark Administration Limited and reviewed and rebalanced monthly.
