The Markit iBoxx EUR Liquid High Yield 1-3 Index reflects the performance of the largest liquid sub-investment grade corporate bonds denominated in Euro and issued by companies based both inside and outside of Europe. For new bonds to be included in the Index, they must, on the relevant rebalancing date, have a minimum remaining time to maturity of at least 1 year and up to 3 years. The bonds can have a fixed or floating rate of interest and must be rated less than Baa3/BBB- by major rating agencies.
