Amundi has made three senior appointments to its ESG team including the appointment of Alice Sireyjol as deputy head of ESG development.
Furthermore, the firm has named Edouard Dubois as head of proxy voting and Hélène Champollion-Morel as head of advocacy.
Sireyjol joins from EY where she spent over three years as a sustainability specialist advising companies in various sectors to decrease their environmental impact, rethink their supply chain and drive innovation.
Prior to this, she spent six years at PwC in London, leading a sustainable development team overseeing natural capital impact projects.
Dubois joins from ISS ESG where he was head of stewardship and engagement and was previously a partner at consulting firm SquareWell Partners.
Before this, Dubois spent over five years at BlackRock, first in San Francisco before moving to London where he became director of investment stewardship.
Champollion-Morel joins from Natixis-affiliated sustainable investing group Mirova where she was made head of communications in 2017.
In March, Amundi overhauled its ESG range, shifting over €13bn of assets to track Paris-Aligned Benchmarks (PAB) and Climate Transition Benchmarks (CTB) indices.
Effective 1 March, nine ETFs tracking SRI ex-fossil fuel indices – with assets under management (AUM) of €12bn – started tracking the MSCI SRI Filtered PAB indices.
This includes the €3bn Amundi Index MSCI World SRI PAB UCITS ETF (WSRI) and the €3.2bn Amundi Index MSCI Europe SRI PAB UCITS ETF (ESRU).
