Christopher Bamford

Christopher is Head of Fixed Income Manager Selection at Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management. Chris is responsible for a team of fixed income specialists as well as being co-portfolio manager on the Barclays Multi-Asset Sustainable Fund and lead portfolio manager across a range of fixed income UCITS funds. He is a member of both the Asset Allocation Forum and the Manager Selection Forum. Chris joined Barclays in 2006, initially working in fund operations and quantitative fund analysis before focusing on fixed income fund research and portfolio management in 2010. Prior to joining Barclays, Chris worked briefly at Mitsubishi UFJ as a credit analyst. Christopher is both a CFA Charterholder and CAIA Charterholder and has also completed the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
