James Hodgson

James is a senior associate in Arthur Cox LLP’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Group and advises global asset managers on the structuring, establishment, management, sale and regulatory compliance of Irish-domiciled UCITS and alternative funds, with a particular focus of ETFs and sustainable funds. James also advises on the establishment and ongoing compliance of UCITS management companies and AIFMs, including those with MiFID permissions.
