Monica Gogna

Monica Gogna is the UK Head of Financial Regulation at EY Law. A seasoned lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Monica is recognised for providing holistic and strategic advice and is noted as a leading lawyer in the UK, being ranked in the Legal 500, individually commended by FT Innovative Lawyer and is recognised as an Industry Top 30 ETF Influencer by ETF Stream.Monica regularly advises on the cross-border impact on the use of blockchain and crypto and has led several innovative projects in the crypto and blockchain industry, including leading and advising on the launch of the world’s first multi-crypto currency ETP listed within Europe. She has also advised innovators within the industry as they seek authorisation in the UK and across the EU.Monica currently also serves as an Ambassador to The Diversity Project and is Co-Head of the successful social media #FishOutOfWater campaign highlighting awareness of race and ethnicity challenges within the City.
