Paolo's background involves leading ETF Trading, Operations and Sales Distribution teams across all European regions focusing on Exchange Traded Funds (ETF), Index and Delta 1 products. He has deep ETF and Delta One sell side experience in roles covering: Electronic Market Making on Exchanges/MTFs, ePlatforms RFQ Market Making, Trading, Capital Markets Coverage, Execution Services Insight (Mifid II and CSDR Regulation) and Sales Distribution to EMEA Buy side dealing & execution desks. Having been an ETF Ambassador for much of his career, Paolo holds established senior relationships with all ETF Service Providers as Exchanges, RFQ Platforms, Market Makers, Broker dealer entities, Investment Banks, Online Trading Platforms, Regulators and third party vendors (Custodians, Administrators, Market and Index data providers) spanning to all Asset Classes (Equity, Fixed Income, FX/Currencies and Commodities).
