David Hsu

David Hsu, joined Vanguard’s Portfolio Review Department in 2020 and is a Senior Investment Product Specialist focusing on Equity Index and ETF within the PRD Specialist team in Europe. David joined Vanguard in 2015 based in Hong Kong as Head of ETF Capital Markets Asia where he was responsible for the liquidity of Vanguard’s ETF suite. David moved to London in 2018 as a Senior ETF Analyst within Vanguard’s International ETF Research Group, before joining Product Management in 2020. Prior to Vanguard, David worked for BlackRock iShares where he was the Head of Client Execution Services, leading a team to deliver trade ideas, execution services and product structure expertise to clients. Before BlackRock, David worked at Credit Suisse investment bank in Hong Kong for 14 years. He held several roles including, regional Head of Delta One and as a Senior Equity Derivatives Trader. David began his career as an accountant in Toronto at First Marathon Securities (National Bank of Canada). David holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Toronto and holds a CPA, CMA designation.
