BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has changed the index of its real estate ETF to include UK equities.

The €85m BNP Paribas Easy FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe ex UK Green CTB UCITS ETF (GREAL) will see the index switch from the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe ex UK Green EU CTB index to the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe Green EU CTB (NTR) index.

The new index will now include UK equities, although the exact weighting has not been disclosed, with the changes to take place on 23 September.

As a result, the ETF will be renamed to the BNP Paribas Easy FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Europe Green CTB UCITS ETF.

In addition, BNPP AM said it was also reducing the fees of its US and Europe Paris-Aligned ETFs.

The $1.5bn BNP Paribas Easy MSCI USA SRI S-Series PAB 5% Capped UCIS ETF (EKLD) and the BNP Paribas Easy Low Carbon 100 Europe PAB UCITS ETF (ECN) will see their fees reduced from 0.40% to 0.25%.

The fee reductions will take place on 25 July.

Elsewhere, BNPP AM launched a Paris-Aligned all-world ETF in May which offers exposure to developed and emerging market equities complying with ESG criteria.
