ETF Stream has announced the winners of this year’s ETF awards in partnership with Morningstar Indexes.
The awards, which took place on 24 November, recognise the achievements of the European ETF industry which has continued to see inflows despite this year’s market environment.
This year, ETF Stream added four categories taking the total number of awards to 20. The new categories are Crypto ETP Issuer of the Year, ETF Law Firm of the Year, Diversity and Inclusion Firm of the Year and Marketing Campaign of the Year.
Following a rigorous assessment of the nominations, the editorial team at ETF Stream including editor Tom Eckett and strategic adviser David Stevenson selected the shortlist.
Subsequently, the judging panel of 10 external experts from across the European ETF market analysed the submissions and cast votes to determine who will be the winner of each award.
Sam Ridley, managing director at ETF Stream, commented: “What a fantastic gala event It was for our returning ETF awards. It really felt like an end-of-year celebration fit for our industry, reflecting on all it has achieved through the ceremony and then all enjoying the evening’s entertainment throughout. We would like to congratulate all of our winners heartily as well as say thanks to our headline sponsor Morningstar Indexes and our judges.”
“We also want to pay tribute to all those who entered and did not win. We thank them for entering and suggest they do not hesitate in submitting themselves again for next year’s awards. It is the close competition and the common uniting goals that make the European ETF industry what it is today. We hope to see everyone return in 2023.”
